Kids Fitness

Fitness benefits children’s physical and mental health. It enhances their endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, gross motor skills, balance, and rhythm. In addition, physical activity develops children’s attention span, concentration, alertness and self-esteem. Through group exercises, children develop better listening skills, cooperation skills and the ability to follow directions. They learn how to respect one another’s space and participate together in a safe environment through team building exercises. By being physically active, children learn to appreciate the benefits and discover their own natural athletic interests and abilities.
